All you need to send are the files contained in the session folder. The best way to do that is to use winzip to zip them into 1 file.  
 
If when you zip the files you select the option to "Save Full Path Info" then the receiver of the data  doesn't have to worry about re-creating the Track and event name folders you used, winzip will handle that when they get unzipped.

For the computer challenged, can you post a step-by-step how to for this? I clicked on 'sessions' at the top left of the screen, and selected a track and lap, but highliteing it and R click, and no options for copying come up.
